Can I set up other users on my account?

Yes, it's very easy to set up multiple account users on the Urban Foodservice Store - use the My Account tab and click 'Users and Permissions'. From here you can add users and edit access and permissions.

How can I check what I have ordered?

All information regarding your order and delivery is available under the My Account section of the website. From here you will be able to track your orders, view your order history and access your invoices.

I will not be available to personally sign for the order, can any of my staff take delivery?

In order to deliver, our driver will require the 4 digit PIN that you set up on the delivery account. Whoever is taking delivery of the order must know the PIN. A reminder of your delivery PIN will be included in your Order Confirmation email.

Is there a minimum online spend?

There is no minimum spend, all orders over £50 are eligible for free delivery, a £10 delivery charge will be added to orders under £50.

How do I pay for my goods?

When you checkout your first order, you will be asked to register a card with us. This will then be used upon checkout to authorise the payment. No money will be taken from your account until your goods have been delivered and signed for. It is easy to set up different cards on your account, just go to My Account > My Payment Cards. Unfortunately we cannot accept cheques or cash on delivery.

What happens if something I order is unavailable?

When we despatch your order we will send you an 'Advanced Shipping Notice' confirming the goods we have included in your delivery. If a product is not available at our depot, your driver will also inform you at the point of delivery. You will only be charged for goods that have actually been delivered.

I generally order the same products each week, is there a way to access these quickly?

Once you are logged in you can mark any product as a 'Favourite'. When browsing the store product categories you will be able to filter to display only your Favourite items.

I need to change my delivery slot, how do I do this?

Once you have selected a delivery slot you can change it right up to the point that you check out. Just click on the slot displayed to select a new slot.

I have forgotten my delivery PIN.

Your delivery PIN is displayed on the right hand side of the page after you have logged in.

My order hasn't arrived, who do I contact?

Use the 'Contact' form (top right on every page) providing your contact details and query and we'll get in touch right away.
